Construct the building 47 floors but forget lifts

This building should be a symbol of rebirth post-crisis Spanish, and has become emblematic of the difficulties the country. In Benidorm, in the area known as New York built Mediterranean two twin towers 200 feet high and had to be inaugurated in 2009. But the designers decided to double floors bringing in 27 and architects forgot to build elevators for 27 floors. After this strange event resigned architects and building remained unfinished.
