Scientists have analyzed the competent persons in 16 areas of a company and asked how others would have appreciated. Results have shown that women are regarded as the leading best. Leading scientists, Jack Zenger and Joseph Folkman, claim that these results do not surprise at all. "Women leaders are among the most talented and valued in organizations in which I worked," Forbes reports Zengerit statement. Scientists say that as women are better at building teams, have the possibility of intuitive and logical thinking, are aware of the impact of their actions and those of others. Interestingly, some previous research has shown that companies in which the largest number of working women have greater benefit. Zenger and Folkman argue that the main reason that men appear more competent than women is not promoted. Men are more focused on their progress, while women spend all the energy in the current work being carried out as best they can, while the desire for real success often consider unrealistic and impractical.
